Opened e-liquid and used hardware can’t be returned.
Do I need an ID?
Yes. We check 21+ photo ID on every visit. If we can’t verify age, we can’t complete the sale — online or in store.
Can I return a disposable or bottle I’ve opened?
No. Opened consumables and used devices aren’t returnable for health and safety reasons. Unopened, unused items may be exchanged within 7 days with a receipt — ask in store.
Do you hold product?
We can often hold a device for the same day if you call or message first. Popular disposables move fast; we won’t promise stock we don’t have.
